* Please note that if you do not add anything in the personalisation box showing a preference we will message you for confirmation of your order.

* We aim to despatch all orders within 3 to 4 days.

Items are sent from the UK using Royal Mail or APC Courier. Orders for USA and Canada customers are ordered via USPS First Class or UPS.

Returns and Exchange Policy - Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any items that are on sale at the time of purchase. Normal 14 days return policy applies if a non sale item.
