Do you have Special Offers?
Yes we have a range of special offers which are available on our Special offers page or can be seen in the display bars towards the top of many pages.
We provide a 15% off Coupon for you to use by signing up to our Customer Newsletters and updates which are sent a couple of times a month containing special offers and new product releases.
Do you offer Free Delivery?
All orders destined for UK addresses are available for Free delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do and prices for customers who reside outside of the UK are shown during checkout.
Please be aware that we do not charge you for any taxes when you make your purchase. You will therefore be liable to pay any VAT or similar taxes / customs that are requested when your item arrives.

How long do you normally take to process orders?
We aim to process all orders and despatch them within 3 to 4 days. Only exception to this maybe on orders that are personalised which may take a little longer is we are awaiting customer approval / sign off for the design.
Do you offer delivery tracking for orders?
All of our orders are sent tracked using either Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for customers in the UK or Royal Mail Internationally Tracked or orders that are sent from our US Hub using USPS tracked for customers in the United States.
We are also now introducing postage discounts for our customers in Australia and New Zealand which will be sent from our new hub based in New South Wales Australia.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We are pleased to accept all major Debit and Credit cards either via Shopify Payment or Paypal
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and Exchange Policy - Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any items that are personalised or that are on sale or that are discounted at the time of purchase.
Normal 14 days return policy applies if a non sale item. We do not accept exchanges on any items so please ensure you choose the correct size or colour before placing your order.
