I have a question before ordering?

Do you have Special Offers?
Yes we have a range of special offers which are available to our VIP members.
To receive these special offers please sign up today and we will immediately send you an initial Special VIP discount Coupon. Once you are a VIP member you will also receive our best special discounts and offers released each month.
Shipping / Delivery Information
Do you offer Free Delivery?
All orders destined for UK addresses are available for Free delivery.
Prices for customers who reside outside of the UK are shown during checkout
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do and prices for customers who reside outside of the UK are shown during checkout.
Please be aware that you maybe liable to pay any VAT or similar taxes / customs that are requested when your item arrives.

How long do you normally take to process orders?
We aim to process all orders and despatch them within 2 to 4 days. Only exception to this maybe on orders that are personalised which may take a little longer is we are awaiting customer approval / sign off for the design.
Do you offer delivery tracking for orders?
All of our UK orders are sent tracked using either Royal Mail 48. APC Overnight or Evri UK Tracked service.
For Europe we send from our European hub and currently us Deutsche Post and Post NL.
For Orders to the United States we have hubs in the US which will despatch using USPS or UPS.
We use Royal Mail Internationally Tracked for all other worldwide destinations.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We are pleased to accept all major Debit and Credit cards either via Shopify Payment or Paypal
Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and Exchange Policy - Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any items that are personalised or that are on sale or that are discounted at the time of purchase.
Normal 14 days return policy applies if a non sale item. We do not accept exchanges on any items so please ensure you choose the correct size or colour before placing your order.
