Thank you for shopping at NQ Media Ltd. We take pride in our global reach, utilizing professional production hubs in the UK, USA, and EU to ensure your artwork is crafted locally and delivered swiftly.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday (12 pm GMT) through Sunday, or on public holidays.

During high-volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
Local Production & Shipping Estimates
To provide the fastest service and eliminate unnecessary customs fees, we ship from the hub closest to your delivery address.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

USA & UK Orders: Because we print and frame locally within these regions, there are typically no customs duties or import taxes applied to your order.

EU & International Orders: For regions where local production is unavailable, NQ Media Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has dispatched. Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.
Damages & Replacements
While we take every precaution to protect our frames and prints, transit issues can occasionally occur.

Our Guarantee: If your order arrives damaged, we will provide a 100% free replacement.

Action Required: Please contact us at sales@nqmedia.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. Please keep all packaging materials until the replacement is processed.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses & Refused Delivery
We attempt to validate all shipping addresses. If we cannot validate your address, we will contact you for an update. If we receive no response, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Missing or Stolen Shipments
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact us immediately:

We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation to conclude, after which we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
