* If you would like your design personalised with names, dates or a message please use the personalisation box provided. In all cases with any personalisation you ask for we will send you a proof for your approval prior to printing.* We aim to despatch all orders within 3 to 5 days.

Items are sent from the UK using Royal Mail or APC Courier. Orders for USA and Canada customers are ordered via USPS First Class or UPS.
Returns and Exchange Policy - Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any items that are on sale at the time of purchase. Normal 14 days return policy applies if a non sale item.
